Does it hurt to give my 4 month old dha extract? Her formula already has some in it but I was wondering if it's enough she is on HIPP Dutch version stage 1. I give dha to my son he was ebf for a year and starting at 6m I gave him dha he is 19m old right now and still taking it and seems to be doing fine. Just wondering if its neccessary to give my 4m old. Also are the vitamins in formula enough for babies? When I read the formula no matter what box or can my mind could be a little fuzzy on this so correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like they never say that its 100% of the daily value for any vitamin in it.
