What’s everyone’s position on drinking & TTC?

I always stopped drinking, ate better, drank more water and just generally took care of my body when conceiving my children. It happened very quickly for us so I don’t know if any of these things helped. Drinking until you get your positive is fine if that’s what you want to do.

I've personally don't drink but that's because I need to loose weight and alcohol won't help with that. Also it takes a while before the baby is dependent on you.

Personally I didnt. It was just one more thing to worry about and I'm too anxious as it is. Plus drinking really isnt a bit part of my life so it wasnt hard to give up anyway.

I would say if you have a social event or something planned yes have a drink but not drinking very often only because i just think looking after your body being healthy would help you concieve easier ..

I started preparing my body as soon as deciding to TTC. Prenatals, no alcohol, and continuing to stay active and eat well.
