Your temps gradually go down before then going back up to confirm ovulation. I would make sure to protect now until you have a confirmed shift. I’d HIGHLY recommend reading taking control of your fertility or the free charting course through fertility friend. These are the staple resources for FAM both for TTC and to avoid pregnancy. Also, you really do need to temp every single day or you could miss important data and trends.

I entered period as Aug 28 and 29 because I had cramping and a little pimple. Endometrial ablation makes you not bleed but you still can get pregnant but jot safely carry. In other words it does not make you go through menopause. I am looking to use fertility awareness alone - no IUD, no hormones, etc - to avoid pregnancy.
