New FRERs with curved handles are making me crazy!!

I had a bizarre cycle--period started 4/26/15 and then NOTHING for 70(!!!) days. I (haha of course) tested like crazy, but nothing. Dr had me take 10 days of Provera, and it worked--LMP 7/5/15. I'm not sure when I O'd--was after the "fertile window" the charts gave me though (I track CM). Bought FRER this morning, line there at 3 min, but I just don't trust it, because it's the new, curved handle kind. I got weird lines on those when I tested before. The line's not colorless, and I see it immediately when I look (no twisting or squinting), but it's just not *zomg positive!!!* haha! Anyone else had weird lines with the new ones?
