Smoking while pregnant?

What is your opinion about women who smoke during pregnancy?

I'm not an addict, so I can't imagine how their brain works. We all know it's wrong, so we need to implement safe ways to get these people who cannot quit the help they need. What I DONT have room for, is a girl I used to be friends with.... She was pregnant and continued smoking "because I want her tiny when she's born. I don't want a wrecked vagina" 😑😑😑 or when I was pregnant, one of my smoker friends would "secretly" try to smoke IN MY HOUSE and told me "oh shut up and drink a cup of milk to make up for it".

I hate to see women smoking cigarettes because I have seen the effects on babies personally and its hard to see but it's even harder to put up with because the mothers knew and act oblivious. How ever smoking marijuana I feel differently because I have done the research and have seen the effects having done no harm. But if it's illegal in your state I would have a problem with it because you're risking losing your child to the government over some weed

I am a smoker. But when it comes to a pregnant woman smoking I think it's very very wrong. It's their choice I wouldn't say a thing if I saw that but I think it's selfish wrong and dangerous.

Ok so my mom smoked with me and I was a lil baby. I was barely 7 pounds. That's small compared to all my siblings and family's babies. It angers me because it can do a lot of damage to the child. My mom smoked with my brother and he has autism. It angers me because a lot of damage happens and cane be done by someone smoking while pregnant. I know many women cut back when pregnant and try to quit but cutting back. But grr it angers me because how much damage can be done to the baby
