Will my baby be in heaven?

I had a chemical on August 1st even though my baby was very small and “only cells” I like to think she/he will be in heaven and I’ll see them again.

Yes. They were a life, no matter how small. I believe that until children reach the age of reason they are not responsible for their sin, and all go to heaven.
