Is there a difference between Geritol multivitamin and Geritol complete?

I had this same question but in geritol website it has geritol complete  has changed to geritol multivitamin and geritol tonic has changed to geritol liquid. Same product just a different name and box style.

I've heard the pill is a lot more effective.

The liquid (tonic) has more iron and B vitamins. I used to take the liquid, it actually helped regulate my cycle and it made my periods less painful. I switched to the pills, because I could take the taste of the tonic.
