We usually start night routine around 8:30 but our LO doesn’t go to sleep until 9:30 or later. Then she wakes up around 8:30 in the morning with 1-2 feedings at night. I talked to other moms and they put their LOs to sleep around 7-8. Am I putting her too late? She would not sleep earlier (I’ve tried) and only takes two 1 hour naps during the day (morning an early afternoon). Will she sleep earlier in the future? (My husband and me need some “us” time!)
