Had bit restless night last night temp normal time 540 this morning and was 36.58 had been wake since 230 on n off so did temp again when woke up at 755 and it’s 37.04

Use the first temp... the one that's at your normal temping time - lack of sleep does generally make your temp go lower, but temping hours after makes your temp go higher. Better to use the one at the time you normally temp as even though you had a restless sleep it will be closer to what your temp would've been had you not had a restless night.
