I'll start by saying that I know my baby had a poor latch the day this turned up (sometimes he's a little lazy with his latch and I don't always correct him because he gets frustrated). My question is, does anyone know any ways to make this heal up faster aside from just using lanolin cream? And is it okay for me to take a day or two off that breast (I don't have a pump yet) without hurting my milk supply?
