Skeptical a bit

Okay so I know it's normal for women to feel sore boobs,and cramping down below if they feel like they have conceived but,for me that's all natural before AF I'm 8dpo and I've been feeling nauseous,dizzy,no sore boobs  slight headaches,vivid dreams and I've already taken a pregnancy test yesterday I'm making myself crazy about this I want to take another test but I don't want to. Drive myself crazy.
