Irregular period😩😩😩

Hi ladies looking for bit of advice or something who has been there, I have nearly 1 year old me and my partner have been trying to conceive for around about 8 month give or take, the problem is I have no recognition of when I’m ovulating as my periods are sooo irregular I bleed for weeks on end also last month I had 3 positive tests was also confirmed by the doctors but few days later I started to severely bleed the hospital said I had no hcg level at all in my blood.. so was even more confused, I suffer from reoccurring pid also inflamed cervix. Do you girls think that the problem why i can not conceive could be due to another problem causing my period problems then causing me not to ovulate. If anybody has any advice would much appreciate it thanks guys. Xxx
