Bumps on vag after shaving

So EVERYTIME I shave I get these bumps on my vag after shaving and I get more and more each day. I’ve tried everything so prevent these and done so much research! So I need to turn to eve lol. Are these ingrown hairs? A rash? Does anyone else get these? What can I do to get rid of them or prevent them?
