Help??

Lower back pain and tight stomach cramping been happening since yesterday at 12:30 noon n trew out night and still going on no increased of pain what could it be I’m 35 weeks 5 days

I’ve had the same thing happen a few times in the past week or two.  Including right now! I’m 37 weeks today, but the first night of about 15 hours of braxton hicks and cramps was right when yours was.  It is clearly some way that the body preps for labor (my doctors confirmed that i have dilated significantly, so they are doing something).  But they drive me crazy because I spend all night freaking out that labor is about to start! And then they go away. I’m just always on alert for them to get more painful and regular!
