Scared, any advice helps !

So my period has not come and i was supposed to start on monday, it is now thursday. I took a test and it came out negative. I am not trying to have a baby. Usually before my period i have really bad cramps but i havent felt anything, but i do have sore breasts and back cramps and that is usual. What should i do?
