Activities for 8 week old?

Hi! FTM here! My daughter will be 8 weeks old tomorrow and I'm wondering which types of activities I should be doing with her? What did you do with your 2 month old? (Activity name and the duration it would continue for.) Of course, tummy time has been done. The only thing with that is she'll roll from her tummy to her back almost right away. She's been doing that for 2 weeks now! At this point, if I'm not nursing her, she's in her rock n play or in my arms rocking her to sleep with the occasional tummy time routine. We also read a book to her every night! I did put her on an activity mat yesterday which she didn't seem to mind! Any other ideas? I feel like there should be more! TIA!
