Pregnancy scare, help?

Me and my boyfriend had intercourse a couple weeks ago with out a condom (but I'm on birth control)  and I was really worries for a while, because my period was late but I finally got it last week, it was really light and barley any cramping (my periods are usually kind of heavy and I have horrible cramps) and now  having weird symptoms like bloating and Nasuea. Should I take a pregnancy test?
