Sciatica pain

Anyone else dealing with sciatica pain? I’ve had it since yesterday and it is EXCRUCIATING! It’s running through my left cheek in my buttocks and my thigh. It kept me up all night, I haven’t been able to get comfortable all day doing nothing and nothing seems to be helping! I didn’t have this with my son I just had in January ‘18 so I don’t know what to do. Anyone have any advice or tips? I’m lost. 😔
