How to prevent BV after anal sex?

How can you prevent BV after anal? I only do it when I prepare before. I dont eat 3-4 hours before anal. I use an anal douch before to get everything out and clean. I never go back to vaginal sex after anal and if for any reason we do me and my partner have to wash up before (it's a mood killer but a necessity). And then after Anal I always immediately showed after. I do enjoy it and my partner loves it but I feel like no matter how careful and prepared I am that I still get BV. I'm not sure what else I could/should be doing to keep my vagina healthy after. I don't want to just never do it because honestly I have my most intense orgasms during anal. So if anyone has any new suggestions to add to my pre-post cleaning to help let me know. (Vaginal douches are not an option) Thanks.
