Advice for a shift worker
Hello lovely ladies.
So I've been TTC for just over 3 years and I've been reading this book called 'Taking charge of you fertility (brilliant book, highly recommend it). It's manly about the 3 daily fertility signs to be aware of, one of which is BBT.
I really want to start tracking my BBT but I am do a variety of different 12 hours shifts, half of which are nights! Has anyone had any experience or got any advice to try and make this as accurate as possible??
