Mine fwb/ex bf text me yesterday asking what I was doing this Saturday and I told him that I wasn’t doing anything. He then asks if I want to make plans and I said only if he kept them. His response was that he’d do his best which to me isn’t good enough so I told him that if he already felt like he couldn’t follow through or didn’t have intentions of doing so then to forget about it. He got mad and said I was being a smart ass and that he didn’t know what happened to me and that he didn’t like talking to me anymore. He ignored every other thing I said afterwards and later on said he felt like I had an animosity towards him because he can’t give me the attention I want. Did my comment seem rude? And my reasoning for saying it was because I had a feeling he would cancel on me. His dad is in town this week and he kept mentioning that he was thinking about leaving with his dad and staying out of town.
