So in about 2 weeks I have dreamt about rape

The first dream it was that my sister had been talking about rape & how she feels bad & wanted to help or something & i told her “ive been hiding something from you i have been raped before & i never told anybody” but i felt nothing just embarrassment & regret then she responded but i don’t really remember the rest of the dream

Then last night it was that there was this guy who looked familiar & that there was this girl saying he raped her & i had found out while me and him had started talking & then he came over & he didn’t try to force me to do anything if i didn’t want to then i didn’t have to & that he told me she was lying bc she was mad he broke up with her bc she was cheating & posting her sex videos everywhere then i woke up

I want to know if anybody else knows why im having these dreams
