After workout and now I can hardly walk!
I did a new excercise yesterday (and stretched) but today my muscles are so sore in my legs, butt and around by shoulder blades.
I believe it's lactic acid build up in the muscle. I look like I have got some thing shoved up my butt by the way I am walking. It's worse when I keep my legs still and then get up to walk some where as I guess it's because the muscles are cold, my flexibility is terrible too right now.
I've tried walking to warm up the legs but I'm still sore.
What remedies do you know work for sore legs from working them out hard?
