Really confused

I am 14.we are best frnds at school.i like him a lot.but i dont know if he also have the same feeling for me.i told about my feelings to his closest friend and he told everything to him.now he talks to me rarely.but whenever he talks he smiles alot.he blushes.i have caught him staring at me also but moves his head in some other direction whenever i see him.i always want to talk to him but i am not able to.he also does not talk to me.i am confused wheather he will propose me or not.please help
