Annoying guy at work

I work in a small law firm office setting as a paralegal. I am in a separate suite downstairs away from the rest of the firm upstairs where there are 3 attornies and 6 paralegals in my suite. Specifically, when you come in the suite, the three attornies are in their respective offices and there is an open space outside of them with 3 cubicles for 3 paralegals. Further back in the suite in it's own room is me. I am in a office like room that has 3 cubicles in it. I am the first cubicle coming in the door, there is a woman sitting behind me, and a guy in the back cubicle. The guy in the back has made a habit of bringing his own laptop to work along with a headset and spends a lot of his day playing only what I can assume to be fortnight. I dont really care what he does with his time or work day, it doesnt matter to me what he does. We all fuck off in our own ways when we can whether it be Facebook, playing on our phones, whatever. The only thing that bothers me is that I can hear him playing the game, I constantly hear him saying "shoot him, shoot him, I'm downstairs, the vehicle is occupied, he's over there, I should have been watching." Sometimes he gets pretty into it and can begin raising his voice a bit, but since we are kind of in our own office, the attornies dont hear him. I mentioned it to my attorney (who is upstairs) and now she wants me to tell the attorneys down here when he is on the game- like send them an email. I'm not really about tattling but at the same time I know if I brought a bop-it to work and played it for 6+ hours of the day, someone would say something to me- because it's annoying. Ive never said anything to him, and neither has anyone else to my knowledge because we all just kind of do our own thing. I dont want it to cause office drama but at the same time dont want to listen to it anymore. Thoughts on the situation?
