How many cups of red raspberry leaf tea are you currently drinking?

Lots of conflicting guidance out there. With my last I didn't start drinking it until 32 weeks because when I tried it earlier I had some cramping. Just started with 1 cup but thinking I'm going to up it to 2 soon 🤷

They recommend starting out at 1 cup and after 35 weeks going to two cups. Usually not recommended before 30-32 weeks.

I usually followed the whatever trimester you're in that's how many cups to drink. So, second trimester, 2 cups/day. Third trimester, 3 cups. I, however, skipped drinking it in the first trimester.
