Need help!

Girl 1 is a girl he went collage with and they used to have a bit of a thing before we got together.

Girl 2 he works with her and they went out drinking together one time.

Girl 3 was his ex- girlfriend what they were together for a year.

All this happened last night. He’s on holiday with his family in Egypt and I’m at his house dog and house sitting.

In your eyes is this cheating? we’ve been together just about 2 years.

What should I do? Need options 🤦🏼‍♀️

UPDATE!!

I ended it when he got back, told his mum Everything and she’s kicked him out the house lol and I’m allowed over when ever. Me and his mum had lunch and a coffee yesterday and went though everything.
