Uti during pregnancy ?

Had anyone had one? I am on antibiotics and just today started noticing symptoms. I am in so much discomfort; help! Any tips?

I have had one all but like a month of this pregnancy. I don't think there is anything extra to help keep it cleared up or gone. my doctor says some woman just get them more than others during pregnancy. I have not had one in 8 years before this pregnancy. I hope you just have to take the meds for the week and it goes away for good!!

I got one two days after I found out I was pregnant. As soon as I started feeling the burn I called the doctor and got antibiotics. I think catching it quick helped with the symptoms. Drink a ton of water and cranberry juice. Standing in the shower helps for me, too. My doctor told me I could take Azo for the pain but ask yours before taking anything. Hope you feel better soon, I used to get them all the time so I know how uncomfortable they are! 🤒

I didn't even know I had a UTI in the beginning of my pregnancy but it showed up in a urine sample and they put me on antibiotics.
