I don’t even know what happened..

I don’t know what exactly happened but today I was doing my normal weekly clean of the house and all of a sudden I felt like I had to poop. So I went to the bathroom and pooped when randomly got this weird feeling in my stomach. Like the one you get when you are about to have really bad diarrhea. Anyways... then I got nauseous. I had just eaten lunch and taken my prenatal like I always do. And all of a sudden I’m puking in the trash and having diarrhea at the same time... and it was a seriously awful experience! I feel completely fine now! But it was just so weird!
