What does this mean?

I took 2 positive tests on Friday morning and Saturday morning! I’ll insert pics here.

I went to the doctor today to confirm and urine and blood tests were both negative. I would be super early so maybe that’s why it didn’t pick up! Anyway, I’m now having cramping on my left side.. kinda by my ovary. Kinda like a sharp pain/twinging.. has anyone experienced this?? Help! I’m going crazy.

Looks like an evap line. Try with a pink dye, but if blood and urine at your doctor’s were negative, then unfortunately you may not be.
