How did you all tell your significant other you were pregnant?

Im not pregnant but hopefully will be soon but trying to plan ways to tell him when it’s time! We are both nurses and I think something themed nursing would be neat but love hearing how you all did it :)

I found out a couple days after his birthday.  I had been saving this card that said stuff like "congratulations" and "you did it" all over it.  I taped the positive test strip inside (and of course wrote a heartfelt message). when he got home that evening I told him I had a late birthday card for him and gave it to him.  he was so excited when he saw the test strip he didn't even read the message until after he picked me up and kissed me

I had this big plan in my head but the minute I saw the plus I ran I our room and started jumping up and down on the bed yelling I'm pregnant

My partner is a major Brisbane Broncos (NRL) fan. So I’m going to put a little box together for him with all of this, a positive pregnancy test, a pair of baby ugg boots, a cold beer for him to celebrate with (plus a little more). 
I honestly can’t wait to start TTC.

Just told my husband tonight. Told him I had an early Birthday present for him. It's a dad book and digital pregnancy test. He was shook. Then got up from the table after about 45 seconds and started cheering "YES YES YES."

We got the pregnancy test together and came home and he sat on the bed and I went and took the test and left in sitting for the 3 minutes then I went in and looked and it was so positive I was incredibly shocked and happy and I took it straight to him.
