How often do you have sex during your fertile window??

I am currently trying to conceive after experiencing a loss this past April due to placenta abruption.. I was eight months along and awaiting the arrival of my angel... Long story short I was rushed to the er and they could not find his heartbeat.. I was induced and gave birth the next day..... Has anyone been lucky to conceive after loss and if so how often did you engage during your fertile window and how long to conceive?
