Pls help with advice

So I have officially been trying to conceive for a year now

Found out I had a polyp in my uterus and got that removed

Now I have cysts in my ovaries but not diagnosed with PCOS

Why is it taking so long for me?

I’m having more irregular periods

But I’m doing the PCOS diet just help me conceive but still nothing

I’ve done the pre seed and even conceive plus pill to help regulate ovulation

I take opks and they are almost always a strong positive wth is going on!?
