Hey ladies now I have had my first scan I feel reassured enough to be able to tell work this week. I have been in my job for 3 years and I'm very fond of it and the people I work with however we have decided that I will resign so that my fiancé can go back to being full time and I can take care of baby and take my son to school.

I know it's the right decision but it doesn't make it any easier actually telling my boss. Any tips ladies? How do I break the news?

I'm 13 weeks and I am starting to feel a little better after horrendous nausea but I have managed so far to keep it a secret at work. Xx
