When and how did you lose the baby weight?

I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight at 2 weeks postpartum. I was shocked that it came off so fast!! I was just breastfeeding...no special diet or exercise. I still have a soft stomach though so I will exercise to get that area tight again.

I’m 5 weeks postpartum and fit into my pre-preg clothes and only 5 more pounds to lose (gained 35). I’ve just been EBFing and walking. No diet changes other than continuing to drink a ton of water.

I only breastfeed for three weeks and that helped a lot for losing most of it but it only took 4 weeks in total to lose it all, just kept up on a diet, I walk everywhere I need to go as it’s all in walking distance, plus i am a vegetarian so that helps a bit (first one is 3weeks pp and the second is 3.5months pp)

I didn’t exercise a ton but I did here and there. Mostly I just breastfed but it did take time. I think over 6 months. When my baby was 10 months though I was actually BELOW my pre pregnancy weight! When I finally stopped breastfeeding after a year I was 130 (140 pre pregnancy). 
Once I quit breastfeeding I promptly gained about 5 pounds 😜

I lost my pregnancy weight within a week or so of having my baby. At 3 months post delivery I started baby boot camp a few times a week. I never lost any more weight but toned up a lot. I breastfed my daughter until 19 months old and up until 20 weeks pregnant. Still didn’t lose weight with working out. I think some people genetically can’t lose weight while nursing not sure why. But that’s not common. Most women lose weight while nursing. I’m due in 4 weeks and we’ll see how it goes this time around.

I left the hospital 17lbs lighter than when I got pregnant. I lost 10 lbs in the first trimester and only gained that plus 2 lbs the rest of my pregnancy. I’ve since put 10 back on🙇🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m starting to get better, but I was always starving so I ate like a horse 🐴
