My mom has been with this guy for 9 and he is a alcoholic and he does meth on top of that and when my mom wasn't home he would yell at me as loud as he could. He would throw things across the room. My mom decided to go thru a domestic violence program to get away from him and he wasn't supposed to go to the new house and my mom started bringing him over all the time and me and my 2 siblings hate him. My mom then told us that we were going to Colorado with him wile we were there he took meth and he tried hitting my brother. When we got back home me and my mom got into a huge fight. I went to counseling and told them everything. DHS got called and my mom told me I was in the way of her happiness and that she wanted her old life back so she told me to pack my stuff and leave. (When we were in Colorado I was swimming and her boyfriend jumped in the poor fully clothed and tried picking me up to throw me but I was kicking and pushing him away and my toe got rapped in his jeans and when I attempted to get away from him it broke my toe. Would you say he broke my toe. I'm a 15 year old and I look and act older is that assault or abuse?
