Yellowish CM + symptoms!!

My name is monica and I'm cycle #6 and cd 20. So I've been having some symptoms here lately. I've been cramping on and off for about 6 days, having some heart burn, very few back aches, chest congestion and bleeding gums! And I noticed that my cm was yellow in my panties yesterday and today. And I'm probably around 5-6 DPO I can't be too sure it changes every month but I was wondering if anyone has experienced the yellow CM before and it result in pregnancy.
