Hi everyone, just found out I'm pregnant with not one but two babies . This is my first pregnancy. I’m about to turn 26 next week and assumed I was pregnant with one

however I got my first ultrasound yesterday and I'm just shy of entering the start of the 7th week.

They seem to be in two separate sacs laying side by side one of them slightly higher then the other one - but can't really make out for sure. I read briefly about Identical Twins & fraternal Twins and even about how they can be two separate sacs but still share a

placenta or another one I forget the name. What are your thoughts ? Also having difficulty sleeping & my back hurts often
