I just have a $10 one I got at Walmart that helps with your back too. I sometimes will use it with like a "shrink gel" which probably does nothing but it makes me feel good lol!!

Its gives you lot of support for ur back and also help the muscles in the tummy. You. Will have flat tummy too. I did with my dd eventhough i was iver weight but my belly was flat.
