Nickname “Nash” for the name Jonas?

I plan on calling him Jonas 90% of the time, but it’s always sweet to have a nickname. I dislike Joe/Joey and I was reading that Nash could be one. What do you think?

Maybe Jona? Like ‘Jonah Hill’?? That might be a cute nickname for Jonas.

My biggest argument with my husband and names.. nicknames! I hate names that are shortened to a name I don’t like! But you can “nickname” him anything people do it all the time.. peanut, munchkin,ext so if you like Nash I say go for it! I know someone her son is named Julian and they call him Ace. Your child your nickname❤️

I wouldn’t. To me Nash is more of an actual baby name than a nickname.

You can nickname whatever you want.  My husband calls our son Chubbo and Poopins like in public.  So you do you girl. If you like it that is all that matters.
