Peeing more before period?

Hey ladies so i have a question is it normal to pee a lot before your period? Back in March i was peeing more than normal and realized i was pregnant. I had just got off of BC too when i found out and had an abortion. I am now back on BC and now sometimes out of the blue i pee a lot more and idk what it is. Every time this happens i always freak out and think i am pregnant. I took a test Sunday and yesterday & they came back negative but today i feel tired (just a little), body aches, and bloating. I know that my period starts next week is this just a sign that my period is coming?
