Pregnant after period???

I need advice! In July I lost a birth control pill so I continued with my pack and just took the next days pill that day instead of completely skipping that day (so if I lost Wednesday’s pill I took Thursday that day instead and just was off by one day on my pack so I only took 20 active pills instead of 21 and got to the end of my pack a day earlier than I normally would), got my period, and started my new pack a day earlier than I normally would. This next pack in August I took all 21 active pills and didn’t get my period. I took two pregnancy tests when I was about 3 days late and they were both negative (they were early response ones). Do I have any reason to worry or am I fine?
