I wanted to share a positive conversation I had with my OB/GYN. I told him my fears of having trouble conceiving after having depo (3 doses and had Health pregnancy last year, delivered healthy baby boy). He told me to get off of the internet because the only stories you find are bad ones. He said that many people blame depo for their lack of conceiving where, in reality, that would have happened with or without depo.

So ladies, if you’re panicking after depo, talk to your doctor. The internet is not a physician. My last shot was March 1st. July I had my first period after the shot wore off and same in August. Not every depo story is a bad one.
