Cramps while exercising

So 4 weeks ago I started working out because I’m determined to loose weight before me and my bf go on our vacation to Hawaii in Jan. (I’ve lost 7lbs so far btw 💪🏻💁🏼‍♀️) anyways, when I was working out this morning I started having the worst cramps and even became nauseous. It was so bad I had to go sit in the bathroom for 15 mins, it didn’t go away so I decided to leave. About 20 mins later while relaxing the pain went away.

I had a light- med period for like 2-3 days (sept 9-11) I figured it was light and a touch late due to the high intensity workouts I’ve been doing. I am currently in my fertile window right now should be ovulating on the 21st of this month. I read online ovulating can give you cramps but idk if they should be that painful. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this?
