Reduced breastfeeding and clogged ducts
I’m trying to reduce my pumping frequency. My baby is 2 months and I’ll be heading back to work soon. But our chest freezer is full of breast milk. My baby is also sleeping a 6 hour stretch at night but I’m still waking up to pump every 4 hours. My dr said go ahead and wait 6 hours if I’m comfortable. On the other hand I have been dealing with clogged ducts since day 1 a few a week usually. So now I want to pump less often and of course I get more clogged ducts 😫 does anyone have any advice. How will I ever be able to give up breastfeeding when it’s time if I have to do this pump frequently shit just to keep the ducts from clogging up.
