I was asked to start these since I’m high risk (Cholestasis) so I downloaded the app and have done 3 and... all three times we hit 10 kicks in under 5 minutes 🤷🏻‍♀️👀

How often do I REALLY need to do this if kid moves literally all day long? Can I save it for if I’m worried he’s not moving much?
