Feeling Miserable

37 weeks and 5 days and for the past 2 days I've been having painful contractions every 10nminutes. unfortunately that hard not active labor contractions and are not doing anything to my cervix. I've probably gotten a today of an hour sleep over thats 2 nights as I'm constantly cycling through pain which seems to get worse when I may down . I've already been to my Dr. and to the hospital...They can't do anything. anybody else experience similar. any help is appreciated. I'm miserable.
