Trigger shot with Femara

I started Femara 2.5mgs last month. No ovulation so my doctor bumped me up to 5mgs this month. I started AF on my own yesterday so I’m super excited to start a higher dosage!

This might sounds dumb but how did you and your doctor decide you were going to try a trigger shot? I didn’t do this last month but the more research I do on Femara, the more I see “trigger shot”. I plan on talking to my doctor when I see her again (around CD11). Any success stories for Femara are appreciated as well! :)
