Birth Control Making Me Eat Like CRAZY!

I switched from the Ortho Evra patch at the end of August. The patch caused me to have blood issues & it would knock my appetite out completely plus it made my mood swings crazy. Now I only experience mild mood swings on the pill, my period is light & the pills are better. However my cravings are crazy. I cannot go 2-3 hours without eating SOMETHING even if it’s a small snack. My head spins when I don’t eat for very long. I always feel hungry despite eating foods that would normally get me full. I’m using ortho tri cyclen. im currently 140-145 pounds but I know if I keep eating like this I’m going to be 170. What should I do?
