Tingling

So I had unprotected sex 3 months ago. He didn’t cum in me, but we all know that doesn’t matter 😭. I tested positive for trich like 2 months ago. Once I finished treatment I was told that I had BV (the two usually come together) it’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve been treated and I still have a slight tingling/pins and needles like discomfort at the opening of my vagina. At this point I’ve been checked for everything that doesn’t require a blood test and it’s negative. I’ve been seeing Dr. Google and it keeps saying herpes so now I’m freaking out. It literally feels the Same way it did when I was being treated for trich and BV so could it just be that one of those two hasn’t cleared up? I don’t have any other herpes symptoms, and from what I’ve read if it’s herpes, the bumps usually follow within a day or two after the feeling starts. I’ve had the same feeling for like 2 months and nothing else. I also get this feeling if I have a yeast infection. It’s not an itch, or a burn, just like a sting and it only lasts for a few seconds and not in my legs. I’m just a little worried that’s all. I go get a blood test for everything else this week but I was interested in input because I’m anxious and freaking out. If anybody has herpes, I’m open to hearing your symptoms.
